Pecan Place is the elegant anchor of Uptown Fort Worth. Built in 2003 and designed by Ken Schaumburg, Pecan Place has nine units on the edge of the Trinity Bluff in Fort Worth’s Uptown. Each single-level unit has a large balcony, and residents can enjoy amazing views of downtown from the rooftop patios. A gated video-monitored garage and elevators offer security to homeowners. Units have gas cooktops & fireplaces, granite on all countertops, giant closets, jetted tubs, and beautiful hardwoods in the living areas. Since there are only nine units in this complex, there are often none on the market. Some owners have expressed a willingness to review offers, however.
This Fort Worth couple found each other and a welcoming home at the edge of downtown
Because we both love to walk, the location is ideal for us. Sundance Square is just a 12-minute walk to the north, and galleries, dining, live theater and shops are one block away in South Main Village.
