Historic Churches in Fort Worth

Our church tour offers the opportunity to go inside a few of downtown’s most beautiful buildings and to learn the history of the many colorful characters who established and presided over Fort Worth’s famous houses of worship. From the infamous J. Frank Norris who headed Fort Worth’s First Baptist Church for 42 years to Joseph Clark of First Christian Church, whose sons Addison & Randolf established a school in Hell’s Half Acre which later moved to Thorpe Spring and became Texas Christian University (now back in Fort Worth).
