Building is one of my favorite downtown condos for three reasons:<\/p>\n<p>The historic nature of\u00a0the building and its\u00a0location at the western gateway to\u00a0downtown.<br \/>\nFor those who like the urban lifestyle on a larger scale, these roomy residences\u00a0feel more like a house than a condo on the inside.<\/p>\n<p>Many of them have spacious patios overlooking an inner courtyard.<\/p>\n<h3>What\u2019s included in the monthly HOA fee at The Neil P at Burnett Park?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Exterior building insurance, grounds upkeep, &amp; maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Master Insurance (buyers are required to purchase condominium contents coverage)<\/li>\n<li>Pool and lounging area and spa<\/li>\n<li>Outdoor kitchen area<\/li>\n<li>Historic &amp; spectacular entry and elevator lobby<\/li>\n<li>Carpeted, quiet hallways, clean &amp; well-maintained<\/li>\n<li>Beautiful club\/meeting room at the front entry<\/li>\n<li>Trash &amp; recycling fees (normally part of the water bill)<\/li>\n<li>Regularly scheduled exterior window cleaning<\/li>\n<li>Commercial fire system<\/li>\n<li>Reserve fund<\/li>\n<li>Professional management company<\/li>\n<li>Controlled access entry system with fob sensors<\/li>\n<li>Four elevators for 56 residences<\/li>\n<li>Climate-controlled storage units in the basement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Where is the parking garage at The Neil P at Burnett Park?<\/h3>\n<p>Covered secure parking for The Neil P condos is in the adjacent garage and is accessed from the 7th floor. Parking spaces are not owned but rented at $171.66 per space (as of July 2018).
