The Neil P. Building is one of my favorite downtown condos for three reasons:

Covered secure parking for The Neil P condos is in the adjacent garage and is accessed from the 7th floor. Parking spaces are not owned but rented at $171.66 per space (as of July 2018). This is not included in HOA fees.
