North Texas has a profound cultural and commercial heritage of cattle-raising and equestrian lifestyles. Driving north on I-35, communities like Justin, Ponder, & Argyle are rich in heritage farm and ranch land and non-agricultural real estate parcels where you can live away from city life and city lights (with or without the livestock).
The new Chisholm Trail Parkway is now an even faster route than I-35 to communities like Joshua, Godley, Cleburne, Burleson, Grandview, and a vast expanse of unincorporated land with abundant wide open spaces.
