He was willing to look at any houses and we did not feel pressure to buy. Even now that we are in our new house, we know we could call him and he would be happy to refer us to trustworthy resources (such as electrician, floor installers, etc). We don't plan to move for awhile, but we have already decided tht Tim is the agent for us.
