Our buyers do not get every home they pursue, but they almost always find the right home in a reasonable amount of time. Our agents are experts in crafting the best reasonable offer for properties in multiple offer situations. Besides submitting the highest price there are many other elements of the contract that can make your offer the winning bid. We take into account every aspect of our client’s buyer profile including their mortgage approval terms, available cash, and tolerances for accepting concessions to the seller that will make their offer the best.
